AGIAMONDO is looking for Civil Peace and Development Workers who, together with our local partners on the ground, can contribute their professional skills to make social coexistence more peaceful and promote social and ecological change processes. We place Civil Peace and Development Workers in the following areas of work:
- Infrastructure and education
- Peace and reconciliation work
- Healthcare and humanitarian aid
- Environmental and climate protection
- Economy and democratization
- Communication and public relations
- Project management and financial administration
- Psychological support
Your profile
The most important requirements: Solidary commitment and a passion for working in partnership.
Also important:
- Completed studies
- At least two years of professional experience in which your professional knowledge has been put to good use
- Experience abroad, especially outside Europe, is an advantage
- Very good written and spoken foreign language skills appropriate to the host country
- Identification with the goals and values of church development cooperation

As a state-recognised recruitment agency, we place qualified development workers from Germany and the European Union who follow Christian values in projects in Africa, Asia, Latin America and the countries of Central and Eastern Europe. Since its foundation in 1959 by Catholic associations and organisations, AGIAMONDO has been able to place more than 6,000 development workers in development projects.
