Advisor for capacity building and project management (m/f/x)
Your tasks
- You will advise and support the International NGO team in project management, including studies, planning, implementation, monitoring and documentation.
- You will promote decentralization to increase the team's independence.
- You will support team building and network maintenance with reliable partners.
- You accompany the growth of the project portfolio and contribute to new projects.
- You will ensure effective communication between the team in Nepal, the main office in Germany and the network partners.
- You will help to support funding partners, major donors and fundraising campaigns, e.g. by accompanying project trips.
- You will support public relations work, events and the preparation of project reports.
Our aim is to offer you a long-term management role in the Childaid Network team after a successful development worker´s period and if you are interested.
Your profile
- You have a Master's degree in economics/social sciences, international development or similar fields
- You have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally gained abroad and/or in South Asia.
- You have experience in project design, administration, monitoring and quality management.
- With a participatory and culturally sensitive approach, you can effectively communicate specialist topics and methods.
- Knowledge of education and promotion of small/medium-sized enterprises is an advantage.
- You have a very good command of German and English; knowledge of Nepali is an advantage.
